You can configure the sender name, sender email address, and reply address used by Noptin campaigns. Use recognizable details so recipients can identify your organization and replies reach a monitored inbox.
Open the sender settings
- Open Noptin → Settings.
- Click Emails.
- Locate the sender settings in the General section.

Enter the sender details
| Setting | What it controls | Recommended value |
|---|---|---|
| “Reply-to” Email | The destination used when someone replies. | A monitored support, sales, or editorial inbox. |
| “From” Email | The address shown as the sender. | An address on a domain authorized by your mail service. |
| “From” Name | The sender name displayed in the inbox. | Your recognizable organization, publication, or site name. |
Click Save Settings after entering the values. The From address identifies the sender, while the Reply-to address controls where replies are delivered; they do not have to be the same.
A valid-looking From address does not guarantee delivery. Authenticate the sending domain by following SPF, DKIM and DMARC Setup.
Verify the received email
- Send a test campaign through your configured mailer.
- Confirm that the expected From name and From address are displayed.
- Reply to the message and confirm that it reaches the Reply-to inbox.
- Check the mailer’s delivery log if the message does not arrive.
If delivery succeeds but the message is placed in junk, follow Fix Emails Going to Spam.
