Choose the QuillForms form that starts the automation. Noptin receives its submitted answers even when QuillForms entry storage is disabled.

Filter actions using calculated scores

When QuillForms' calculator add-on supplies variables, Noptin exposes their calculated values as numeric fields. Compare score merge tags in action conditions to apply a tag for the highest-scoring outcome.

Map the form's own fields

Answers, available calculator variables, and registered hidden fields come from the selected form. Field names and quiz outcomes depend on your QuillForms configuration.

Use the answers your form collects

Submitted fields depend on the QuillForms form selected on your WordPress site. Noptin reads that form when you set up the rule.

To add someone to an email list, your form needs an email field. You can also send a name or other answer if your form collects it and the destination has a matching field.
