Create a draft product in WooCommerce from a QuillForms submission

  1. QuillFormsWhen a specific QuillForms form is submitted.
  2. WooCommerceCreate or update a product

Use a product submission form that collects a name and any details you want to include, such as a description or price. Choose Product > Create or Update, set the product type to Simple and the status to Draft, and match the submitted answers to the product fields. Leave Product ID and SKU blank to create a new draft product.

Add a QuillForms support request to an existing WooCommerce order

  1. QuillFormsWhen a specific QuillForms form is submitted.
  2. WooCommerceAdd a note to a WooCommerce order

Use a support form that collects the WooCommerce Order ID and the customer's message. Choose Order > Add Note, then match those two answers to Order ID and Note. The note stays private unless you turn on Notify customer.

Save a delivery request on an existing WooCommerce order from QuillForms

  1. QuillFormsWhen a specific QuillForms form is submitted.
  2. WooCommerceAdd or update a custom field on a WooCommerce order

Use a form that collects the WooCommerce Order ID and requested delivery date. Choose Order > Update Custom Field, enter the custom-field key your store uses for delivery requests, and match the submitted date to its value.
