Embed a Subscription Form with the Newsletter Form Block

You can use the Newsletter Form block to place an existing Noptin subscription form in a block-enabled post, page, template, or widget area.

Add the Newsletter Form block

  1. Open the post, page, template, or widget area in the WordPress block editor.
  2. Click the block inserter (+) where the form should appear.
  3. Search for Newsletter, then insert the Newsletter Form block.
  4. Select the Noptin form that should be displayed.
  5. Use the block toolbar and sidebar to adjust any supported alignment or presentation settings.
  6. Preview the page, then click Publish or Update.

If the Newsletter Form block is unavailable in the current editor, copy the form shortcode from Noptin → Forms and paste it into a WordPress Shortcode block.

Change the form displayed by the block

Select the Newsletter Form block, then choose a different saved Noptin form from its settings. The page will continue to contain one block, but the newly selected form will be rendered when the page is viewed. Edit the form itself from Noptin → Forms when its fields, text, or design must change everywhere it is embedded.

Verify the published form

  • View the published page while logged out.
  • Confirm that the intended form, fields, and submit button are visible.
  • Submit a disposable test address on your local or staging site.
  • Confirm the expected success message or post-subscription redirect.
  • Open Noptin → Subscribers, find the test record, and verify its source, tags, lists, and other saved values.

The editor preview confirms placement, but a real test submission confirms that the complete signup workflow works on the published page.
