Agency Controls allow Agency license holders to control how Noptin appears to other administrators on a client site.
You can use these settings to hide licensing information, hide the add-ons page from other admins, simplify the dashboard menu, and white-label parts of the plugin.
Important!
These features are exclusively available to users with an active Agency license.
You can access agency controls on the Noptin > Add-ons page. Scroll down past the license and add-on sections to find the Agency Controls and White Label settings.

1. Agency Controls Settings
These toggles let you restrict what other administrators (such as your clients) can see or access in the Noptin interface.

Hide license details
Enable this to hide your active license key, status, and the agency control settings themselves from other admins.

This stops clients from copying your license or altering your white-label settings. They can only install add-ons when visiting the add-ons page.
Hide this page entirely
If you want to lock things down completely, this option hides the entire license, add-ons, and agency controls page from other admins.

Noptin will remove the add-ons link from the admin menu and block other admins from accessing the add-ons page.
Expand “Email Campaigns” menu
By default, Noptin only shows a single “Emails” menu item.
Enabling this option will break out Newsletters, Automated Emails, Sequences, and Templates into individual menu items in the WordPress admin sidebar for easier client access.

Hide built-in email templates
Enable this option to hide the default pre-built email templates that come with Noptin. This is useful if you have created your own custom templates.
This way, your client only sees your custom templates when sending a new email.

Hide custom email templates
Enable this to hide any custom templates that you or your clients have manually created. This way, your client only sees your built-in templates when sending a new email.

NOTE:
You can hide built-in and custom email templates. This prevents the template selector from appearing when creating a new email.
2. White Label Settings
The White Label section allows you to rebrand parts of the Noptin interface for your clients.

Plugin Name
Enter the name you want your clients to see (e.g., “Agency Mailer”). This replaces “Noptin” in some parts of the WordPress dashboard.
Menu Icon
Customize the icon that appears next to the plugin name in the WordPress sidebar. You can specify either:-
- A WordPress dashicon class (e.g.,
dashicons-forms). - An image URL (e.g.,
https://youragency.com/icon.png). - A base64-encoded SVG using a data URI, which will be colored to match the color scheme. This should begin with
'data:image/svg+xml;base64,'.
Plugin Icon URL
Enter the URL to your agency’s logo or a custom icon. This image will be displayed at the top of all of the plugin’s admin pages.
Support URL
Enter the web address for your agency’s support desk or contact page (e.g., https://youragency.com/support).
Noptin will use this as the anchor for the “Need Help?” link, shown in both the admin menu and the top navigation bar.
To disable the “Need Help?” link, enter “none” as the Support URL.
