Resending a Newsletter Campaign

The “Resend Campaign” feature enables you to resend a previously dispatched campaign. You can choose between:

  • All recipients: Resend the campaign to every subscriber with the selected filters (default behavior).
  • Only new recipients: Resend the campaign exclusively to new subscribers with the selected filters who did not receive the original send.

When to Use

All recipients:

When you intend for everyone in the list—regardless of whether they have received the campaign previously—to receive it again.

For example, if you have updated the campaign content or want to reinforce messaging across your entire audience.

Only new recipients:

When you have added new subscribers since the original send, and wish to send the campaign to them without emailing the original audience again.

Example use case:

You sent a welcome or onboarding email to 1,000 subscribers on Day 1. Five days later, 50 new subscribers joined. Choose “Only new recipients” to deliver the same content to those 50 without re-sending to the initial 1,000.
