Ways to connect these tools
These are examples. Available fields depend on the event and the choices on your site or connected account.
About this connection
How the two tools fit together
Gravity Forms: Easily create web forms and manage form entries within the WordPress admin.
Google Sheets: Google Sheets is a web-based spreadsheet application that enables you to create, edit and share spreadsheets online. With this integration, you can automatically add and update data in your Google Sheets when certain events occur in WordPress.
A practical example
Keep a spreadsheet of new form enquiries
Create a worksheet with columns for the details you want to record, such as Email and Name. Choose your Gravity Forms enquiry form, select Google Sheets → Add or Update Row, and match each worksheet column to a submitted form field. Noptin reads the column names from the selected worksheet and the submitted fields from the selected form, so these choices happen on your site.
If the form does not collect a value, that value cannot be taken from the submission. You can enter a fixed value in the action when its settings allow it.
What information can you send?
First choose the Gravity Forms form. Noptin then shows the answers that form collects, so you can send the right ones to Google Sheets.
Available columns come from the header row of the worksheet selected in the connected Google account.
