Record newly published ads in Google Sheets

When an ad is published
Add or update a row in Google Sheets.

Choose the spreadsheet and worksheet, then map the ad ID, title, and target URL to matching columns. Set the action to match rows using the Ad ID column so publishing the same ad again updates its row instead of adding a duplicate. Set a Status column to Published.

Mark an ad as unpublished in Google Sheets

When an ad is unpublished
Add or update a row in Google Sheets.

Use the same spreadsheet, worksheet, and Ad ID matching column as the publication rule. Map the ad ID and set Status to Unpublished. This updates the matching row rather than removing it; if no matching row exists, the action adds one.
