Ways to connect these tools
These are examples. Available fields depend on the event and the choices on your site or connected account.
Create a support ticket in Fluent Support from a JetFormBuilder submission
When a specific JetFormBuilder form is submitted.
Create a Fluent Support ticket, finding or creating the customer by email.
Choose a support request form and use the submission trigger. In Ticket > Create, keep Customer Email mapped to [[email]], enter a fixed Ticket Title such as New support request, and build Ticket Content from the relevant submission merge tags. Select a Business Inbox if the default is unsuitable. The action finds or creates the customer by email; review the message fields before enabling the rule.
About this connection
How the two tools fit together
JetFormBuilder: Beginner friendly WordPress contact form plugin. Use our Drag & Drop form builder to create your WordPress forms.
Fluent Support: Add a newsletter subscription checkbox to your Fluent support form or automatically add new support submissions to your newsletter or CRM.
What information can you send?
First choose the JetFormBuilder form. Noptin then shows the answers that form collects, so you can send the right ones to Fluent Support.
Available details depend on the Fluent Support event or action you choose and any fields configured on your site.
