Noptin doesn’t have an email sending service. It relies on your WordPress installation to send emails.
This means we won’t know if your email was delivered, bounced, or marked as spam. We can only know whether or not the email was sent.
You have to manually mark your email subscribers as bounced whenever you receive a bounce notification email.
However, you can automate this process if you’re using an external SMTP service to send your emails.
