Install Noptin
Install and activate the free Noptin plugin on your WordPress site.
How to install Noptin
Choose your Beaver Builder form

Fill in the contact fields shown by the action. Map the email field to the submitted email address, then map any other details you want to send.
Review, test, and activate
In the automation editor, use conditions to choose which submissions run the action. For newsletter signups, add a condition so the action runs only when the signup checkbox is checked. Test the form with and without the checkbox selected.
Review the rule, save it, and activate it when you are ready to test. Submit the selected form with an address you control, then check the contact, mapped fields in VerticalResponse.

Can I use a form I already have?

Yes. Select an existing Beaver Builder form in the rule. Check that it collects the fields required by your VerticalResponse action.

Will every submission run this automation?

The rule uses the form you select. Add conditions when only some submissions should run it, such as those with an accepted opt-in checkbox. Check the rule with submissions that should pass and ones that should not.

What happens if the contact already exists?

Use VerticalResponse > Create/Update Contact for an existing contact. Review its field settings and test with an existing email before enabling it for visitors. For list actions, check the settings for a missing contact; do not assume that every action creates one.

What do I need to buy?
