Add a WordPress role when someone joins a FluentCommunity space

Choose the space in the trigger. Map the member email from the trigger to User ID or email address in User > Add Role, then choose a fixed role appropriate for that space. The WordPress account already exists, and its other roles remain.

Remove a WordPress role when someone leaves a FluentCommunity space

  2. WordPress UsersRemove a role from a user

Choose the space in the trigger. Map the member email from the trigger to User ID or email address in User > Remove Role, then choose the role tied to that space. Remove it only if another active space does not also require it. The account and its other roles remain.
