Ways to connect these tools
These are examples. Available fields depend on the event and the choices on your site or connected account.
Create a Directorist listing from a form in Forminator
When a specific Forminator form is submitted.
Create or update a listing
Choose a form that collects the listing title and description, and map those fields to the create-or-update action. Supply any category, location, or other fields required by your directory. Leave the existing listing ID blank to create a new listing, and choose its status before publishing.
About this connection
How the two tools fit together
Forminator: Capture user information (as detailed as you like), engage users with interactive polls that show real-time results and graphs, “no wrong answer” Facebook-style quizzes and knowledge tests.
Directorist: A business directory plugin for WordPress.
What information can you send?
First choose the Forminator form. Noptin then shows the answers that form collects, so you can send the right ones to Directorist.
Available details depend on the Directorist event or action you choose and any fields configured on your site.
Put it together
Set up the automation in WordPress
- Select the Forminator form whose submissions should start the automation.
- Choose an action from Directorist in the list above and fill in its required settings.
- Match the details from the first step to the fields in the second. Run a test, then turn on the rule.
Follow the automation rules guide if you need help creating the rule.
