Create or update a topic

Map the published listing's Title to the topic Title. Write a short topic in Content using its Excerpt, if available, and its URL so readers can open the listing. Enter the destination Forum ID and choose a fixed moderator or site account as the author. Leave Post ID blank to create a new topic. Review the topic text before enabling the rule; do not copy raw listing HTML into the forum.
