Add the ad author to ActiveCampaign when an ad is published

  2. Create or update a contact in ActiveCampaign

Use the ad author's WordPress email address to identify the contact. Choose the destination list or record type and map any required fields. Enable contact creation if the action offers it; otherwise use an existing contact. The author is the WordPress account that owns the ad, which may differ from the advertiser.

Remove an ad-author tag in ActiveCampaign when an ad is unpublished

  1. When an ad is unpublished
  2. Remove a Tag from a contact in ActiveCampaign

Use the ad author's WordPress email address to find the existing contact. Select the tag that represents an active ad. Remove that tag without deleting or unsubscribing the contact. If authors can own several ads, use this only when removing one ad should also remove the tag.
