In the automation editor, use conditions to choose which submissions run the action. For newsletter signups, add a condition so the action runs only when the signup checkbox is checked. Test the form with and without the checkbox selected.
Review the rule, save it, and activate it when you are ready to test. Submit the selected form with an address you control, then check the contact, mapped fields in Brevo (Sendinblue).

Can I use a form I already have?

Yes. Select an existing Divi Builder form in the rule. Check that it collects the fields required by your Brevo (Sendinblue) action.

Will every submission run this automation?

The rule uses the form you select. Add conditions when only some submissions should run it, such as those with an accepted opt-in checkbox. Check the rule with submissions that should pass and ones that should not.

What happens if the contact already exists?

Use Brevo (Sendinblue) > Create/Update Contact for an existing contact. Review its field settings and test with an existing email before enabling it for visitors. For list actions, check the settings for a missing contact; do not assume that every action creates one.

What do I need to buy?
