Review the rule, save it, and activate it when you are ready to test. Submit the selected form with an address you control, then check the subscriber, mapped fields, and selected list in Moosend.

Yes. Select an existing Beaver Builder form in the rule. Check that it collects the fields required by your Moosend action.

Will every submission run this automation?

The rule uses the form you select. Add conditions when only some submissions should run it, such as those with an accepted opt-in checkbox. Check the rule with submissions that should pass and ones that should not.

What happens if the subscriber already exists?

This depends on the Moosend action you choose. Check its settings and test with an existing email address before using it with visitors. For list actions, check the settings for a missing subscriber; do not assume that every action creates one.
