Noptin comes with an advanced form builder that you can use to create several types of newsletter subscription forms including:-
Shortcode Forms
– You can embed these types of forms anywhere on your website using a shortcode. Noptin can also automatically display these forms before or after your blog posts.Widget Forms
– These forms can be added to your website’s sidebar or any other widget area that your theme supports.Popup Forms
– These forms automatically “pop up” into view inside a lightbox. You can set how you would like the forms to show up, for example when the user clicks on a link or tries to leave your website.Sliding Forms
– These forms automatically slide into view. You can set the direction from which the forms should slide into view. For example, from the left, top, right or bottom of the page. You can also set when they should appear. For example, you can set the form to slide into view after a user scrolls a certain amount of the page.

How to Change the Newsletter Subscription Form Type How to Change the Newsletter Subscription Form Type
By default, any form that you create via the Noptin forms editor is a shortcode form. That means that you will need to manually add the form to your website using a shortcode.
To change the form type:-
First, open the form in the editor…

… then click on the settings icon to open the form settings.

Next, click on the Basic options panel to open it…

… then select the new form type using the “Form Type” select dropdown.

Noptin allows you to redirect users after they sign up to your newsletter. For example, you can redirect new subscribers to a thank you page or redirect them to a link containing your PDF e-book.
To redirect new subscribers:-
First, open the form in the editor…

… then click on the settings icon to open the form settings settings.

Next, click on the Basic options panel to open it…

… then locate the “What should happen after the user subscribes” dropdown and select “redirect to a different page”.

A new input box will appear, allowing you to set the URL where new subscribers should be redirected.

By default, when someone subscribes to your newsletter, they will see the success message that you set at Noptin > Settings > General
.

To change this message for individual forms:-
First, open the form in the editor…

… then click on the settings icon to open the form settings settings.

Next, click on the Basic options panel to open it…

… then locate the “What should happen after the user subscribes” dropdown and make sure that it has been set to “Display a success message”.

Finally, type in your success message in the textarea input box that appears below this dropdown.
How to Hide/Show Newsletter Forms on Specific Pages, Devices, or Users
There are times when you might only want to display a given form on specific pages of your website.
For example,
Let’s say that you have a WooCommerce coupon popup that should only appear whenever a user is about to leave your website after browsing the products’ page.
In such cases, you can use the display options of the Noptin Forms editor to limit the popup to product pages.
This guide shows you how to limit the subscription forms to specific pages, devices or users.

Noptin allows you to automatically add a newsletter subscription form before or after each blog post.
To to this:-
First, open the form in the editor…

… then click on the settings icon to open the form settings.

Next, click on the Basic options panel to open it…

… then locate the “Inject into post content” dropdown and set whether you want to inject the form into post content or not.

The available options are:-
Don't inject
– The form will not be added to any blog post.Before post content
– Noptin will automatically show the form at the top of all your blog posts.After post content
– Noptin will automatically show the form at the bottom of all your blog posts.Before and after post content
– Noptin will automatically show the subscription form at the top and bottom of all your blog posts.
The dropdown will only be visible when editing a “shortcode form”.

By default, your pop-up and sliding forms will appear as soon as someone visits your website.
Noptin allows you to use a different trigger.
For example,
You can set your pop-up forms to show whenever someone clicks on a specific link on your website.

To do this:-
First, open the form in the editor…

… then click on the settings icon to open the form settings settings.

Next, click on the Trigger Options panel to open it…

Finally, select your preferred trigger option.

NOTE: This panel is only visible whenever you edit a Pop-up or sliding form.
The available trigger options include:-
- Immediate – Your subscription form will be shown to visitors as soon as they visit your website.
- Before the user leaves – Your subscription form will appear whenever a user is about to leave your website. Note that this trigger does not work on smartphones and tablets.
- After the user starts scrolling – Your subscription form will appear after a user scrolls a given percentage of your webpage. The default is 25%, but you can set your own percentage.
- After clicking on something – Your subscription form will appear after a user clicks on something (for example a link or a button) on your website. You will have to specify the CSS selector of the item to watch out for clicks.
- After a time delay – Your subscription form will appear after a given time delay. The default time delay is 4 seconds, but you can set your own delay.
