Noptin provides a newsletter subscription block that makes it very easy to embed newsletter forms into your WordPress posts and pages.

Note: This feature is only available on WordPress versions 5 or later. Users of previous WordPress versions need to install the Gutenberg plugin first.

Creating A Newsletter Subscription Block

  1. Open any post or page in the new editor.
  2. Click on the + icon to add a new block.
  3. Search for Newsletter then click on the Newsletter Optin block.

Designing the Form

You can click on any text to edit it.

To change the look of your opt-in form, click anywhere else on the form. This will reveal form options on the right of the editor.

These options make it easy to change the:

  • Submit button text.
  • Colors.
  • Redirect URL – This is where a subscriber will be redirected after they successfully sign up for your newsletter.

Content Upgrades

You can increase your conversions by offering content upgrades (also known as lead magnets). Simply set the redirect URL to the URL of something you would like the user to download/watch/visit after they have successfully subscribed.

If you do not set a redirect URL, users will see the default success message after subscribing. You can change this message via the settings page.
